My name is Seonyatseng Mosiane.

A few years ago I had a website. Then I lost my spark for creative writing. Recently, something reignited it.

I love history, culture, and the arts. This is my attempt to blend all three.

The inspiration came while writing my mini-dissertation on the history of protest music and its continuity into contemporary movements. That process confirmed something I already believed: history is everywhere. It lives in the films we watch, the clothes we wear, the music we play, and the art we hang on walls.

This is where I write about all of it. Essays on movies, music, fashion, and art. Substack think pieces. All of it rooted in one idea: nothing exists without a history.
